Our Philosophy
At SideHit, our philosophy draws inspiration from the exhilarating skiing, snowboarding, and skateboarding videos of the early 90s that our founders, Dom and Zach, grew up watching on YouTube. We are driven by the vibrant attitude and contagious adventure that permeates in those videos, and it greatly influences the style and essence of our brand and apparel.
SideHit is meant for everyone and everybody to find comfort in any space - a home away from home. The only stress should be figuring out which hoodie best fits your line.
We want SideHit to be seen as the Rock & Roll ski and board company of the modern era. We’re here to party and everyone’s invited.

Our Story
Our founders, Dom and Zach, met in Breckenridge, CO as two college grads turned ticket scanners (Dom, Delaware State, Zach, University of Texas at Austin). During Breck’s famously cold, frigid January days on the job - Zach noticed something was missing from the styles of ski and board gear that the high altitude life is famously known for. Think “80s in Aspen”, interesting shapes and designs, and most importantly exciting! Zach walked over to Dom and asked if he would be interested in starting a ski and board company. Dom responded “of course” with a big smile on his face and THUS SideHit was born.
Dom and Zach began developing comfortable, chill-forward hoodies to build brand awareness within the skiing and snowboarding community. The next stage for us is to continue creating ski/board friendly pieces with unique designs that become a staple in the Mountain Community.
